Charlotta Restaurant serves Polish cuisine in an innovative way. The name commemorates the beloved wife of Emil Henrik Erdmann Konrad von Durant de Sénégas – the most prominent of Baranowice’s owners.
The menu draws on old, traditional recipes, giving them a contemporary and original twist. You can choose from old Polish regional Silesian dishes, but the dessert you can’t deny yourself is Charlotte’s fondant.
