Charlotta Restaurant serves Polish cuisine in an innovative way. The name commemorates the beloved wife of Emil Henrik Erdmann Konrad von Durant de Sénégas – the most prominent of Baranowice’s owners.
The menu draws on old, traditional recipes, giving them a contemporary and original twist. You can choose from old Polish regional Silesian dishes, but the dessert you can’t deny yourself is Charlotte’s fondant.
A group of friends, who can boast of having already achieved success in this field, are responsible for opening the restaurant. Their experience gained in the best restaurants in Poland results in the highest level of both dishes and excellent service.
Charlotte’s unquestionable advantage is its location – in a neo-classical palace with a beautiful park – allowing the organization of special events both in the atmospheric, historic interiors of the palace and in the adjacent park.
